What is it? Weekly group fitness sessions at Palladium Champéry, focused on strength, mobility and conditioning to get the most out of mountain activities.
Who is it for? Anyone who wants to feel stronger, move better and enjoy skiing, hiking, biking or just being active in the mountains. All levels are welcome.
Why join? These sessions complement your mountain sports, helping you build stability, endurance and body awareness while training in a fun group environment.
When & where? Mondays 18:00–19:30 and Wednesdays 18:30–20:00 at Palladium Champéry. Each session lasts 90 minutes and costs CHF 30.
Bonus? Small groups, expert guidance, social and motivating atmosphere — perfect to stay consistent and ready for the mountains, all year round.
Train jumps and tricks safely with our Airbag Experience in the Portes du Soleil. Ride into the jump, take off, land on the airbag and repeat. It’s the ideal setup to try new moves, improve confidence and work on progression without the consequences of hard snow.
Hire your gear for freeride and off‑piste adventures in Champéry. All equipment is checked daily and ready for safe use.

Add any specific rental requirements to your booking request so we can have the equipment ready for you. Rental periods are flexible, and our team can advise on the best gear for your level and planned activities.
Safety and maintenance
All safety equipment is regularly checked and maintained. Certified instructors can guide you on proper use during your freeride or off‑piste adventures.
Please note that in order to use the materials provided in a safe and appropriate manner, some training is necessary. If you don’t have any off-piste experience, we strongly encourage you to take one of our introductory courses.
