Duration: 7 days / 6 nights
Group size: Small groups (max. 8 participants) for personalised instruction
Level: Beginners welcome; no prior experience required
Activities: Top rope climbing, lead climbing theory, full-day lead course, optional rest or village stroll, hiking or swimming on the day off
Social aspect: Climb with friends, meet other participants, enjoy welcome and farewell dinners

What is it? Weekly group fitness sessions at Palladium Champéry, focused on strength, mobility and conditioning to get the most out of mountain activities.
Who is it for? Anyone who wants to feel stronger, move better and enjoy skiing, hiking, biking or just being active in the mountains. All levels are welcome.
Why join? These sessions complement your mountain sports, helping you build stability, endurance and body awareness while training in a fun group environment.
When & where? Mondays 18:00–19:30 and Wednesdays 18:30–20:00 at Palladium Champéry. Each session lasts 90 minutes and costs CHF 30.
